The regional CPA and advisory firm of Condley and Company, L.L.P. is pleased to announce the promotions of Michael Derrick to in-charge in the audit department, Kimberly Nowell to in-charge in the tax department, and James Simmons to in-charge in the audit department.

Derrick joined Condley and Company in 2014. His work in the audit department focuses on 401(k) plans, banks, and nonprofits. Derrick is originally from Monahans, Texas, and is a graduate of Abilene Christian University where he obtained a Master of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Business Administration in 2014.
Nowell began her career as a staff member in the tax department at Condley and Company, where she primarily prepares tax returns for partnerships, corporations, and nonprofits. She joined the firm following her graduation from Angelo State University in 2014 with a Master of Accountancy and Bachelor of Business Administration. Nowell ascribes her success to hard work and dedication. She grew up in Goldthwaite, Texas.
Since starting with Condley and Company in 2013, Simmons has mostly worked with offering audit services in banking industry. He is a graduate of Hardin-Simmons University where he made the President’s List and the Dean’s List. Born and raised in Abilene, Simmons enjoys playing and coaching sports and spending time with his dog.
