Condley and Company, L.L.P., a local accounting and consulting firm, is proud to announce that Gary Welsh recently earned the prestigious Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) designation from the American Bankers Association’s Institute of Certified Bankers (ICB).
With the requisite professional experience, Gary earned the CRCM designation after completing more than 80 hours of ICB-approved, compliance related training and passing a comprehensive compliance exam – testing his knowledge of a wide variety of banking, securities, real estate, and insurance regulatory requirements.
“The CRCM certification is a standard of knowledge and competence for regulatory compliance professionals in the financial services industry that is well recognized – this accomplishment demonstrates Gary’s commitment to excellence,” said Jeff Graham, CPA and partner at Condley and Company, L.L.P. “We are extremely proud of Gary and know this designation will only increase the quality of service he provides to his clients and the firm.”
Welsh joined Condley and Company, L.L.P. in 2010. In his role as a manager in the banking services group, he provides loan review and compliance services for the firm’s clients. Welsh attended the University of Texas at El Paso where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing and Finance. He is a member of the Institute of Certified Bankers (ICB) – a Subsidiary of the American Bankers Association. Welsh currently resides in Austin, TX with his wife and two children.
