February 2022 – Condley and Company, L.L.P. is pleased to announce that Jeffrey Duncan, Assurance Senior Manager, has been selected as one of Abilene Young Professionals’ 20 Under 40 award recipients for 2022.

Within the firm, Jeff is known for his commitment to his team and to client service. Since he started with Condley and Company in 2008, Jeff has helped to grow the department from 8 employees to 20 and increase departmental revenue significantly. He is instrumental in training and developing personnel at the firm, mentoring Assurance staff, and managing all Assurance interns. He is also a key contributor in firm recruiting efforts, attracting new talent, and retaining employees. Internally, Jeff is known as the head of Condley’s “Fun Committee”, which focuses on employee engagement and retention at all levels.
During his tenure, Jeff has developed processes to serve clients with accuracy and efficiency while also building strong client relationships. As a Senior Manager, he provides comprehensive audits, reviews, and compilation services for a variety of clients, including financial institutions, not-for-profit entities, and employee benefit plans. He frequently represents Condley and Company at banking conferences and in other community events in the Abilene area.
Jeff holds memberships with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TXCPA), where he has served as the Abilene chapter Director for two years. In the Abilene community, Jeff has served on the Historic Paramount Theatre Board of Directors for a total of 8 years, and he is currently serving in the role of Treasurer. He also attends Highland Church of Christ with his family, coaches his children’s soccer and baseball teams, and volunteers at Breakfast on Beech Street (B.O.B.S.), making and serving meals to people in need.
Jeff grew up in the DFW metroplex but has called Abilene home for over 15 years, since he attended Abilene Christian University to obtain his Bachelors in Accounting and Masters of Accountancy. He is married to Stephanie, and they have three children – Ian (7), Gemma (4), and Milo (2).
