Condley and Company, L.L.P. is pleased to announce that Megan Elling is the 2017 Hardin-Simmons University (HSU) recipient of the Accounting Excellence Award, bestowed by the Accounting Education Foundation of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA).
“We are beyond proud of Megan for this accomplishment,” said Ray Ferguson, CPA, Managing Partner of Condley and Company. “We look forward to watching her grow and develop as an accountant here at Condley and Company.”
Founded in 1891, HSU is a private university located in Abilene, Texas that provides an academically challenging, liberal arts based undergraduate education. The university’s missions is “to be a community dedicated to providing excellence in education enlightened by Christian faith and values.” The Accounting Excellence Award is an honor bestowed annually to an outstanding accounting student at each of the Texas colleges and universities participating in the programs of the Accounting Education Foundation.
Megan joined Condley and Company in 2016 as an intern; she was hired on as an Associate in 2017. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Hardin-Simmons University, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus in Accounting.
