Condley and Company, L.L.P. is pleased to announce the promotions of team members Kimberly R. Hall, CPA, M. Taylor Neatherlin, CPA, and Trey Todd, CPA.

Hall has been a member of the team since 2014 and specializes in non-profit taxation, oil and gas taxation, and she assists with the preparation and review of individual and business entity tax returns. She is also the go-to person for guidance on utilizing the tax department’s WolfePak accounting software. Hall attended Angelo State University, earning both a Master of Professional Accountancy and a Bachelor of Business Administration in 2014. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Texas Society of CPAs (TSCPA) and Abilene Young Professionals. Raised in Goldthwaite, Texas, Hall currently resides in Albany with her husband, Laramie.

Neatherlin joined Condley and Company in 2016 and serves in the firm’s tax department, where he is responsible for the preparation of individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns. A magna cum laude graduate of Hardin-Simmons University, Neatherlin received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 2016. He is a member of the Hardin-Simmons University Alumni Association and a 2016 recipient of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants’ Accounting Excellence Award. Raised in Avoca, Texas, he currently resides in Abilene.

Todd joined the team in 2013 and now serves as a senior manager in the tax department where he specializes in partnership taxation, state and local tax, and individual taxation.  He earned a Master of Science in Accounting and Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas A&M University.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Texas A&M Lettermen’s Association, and the president of the Abilene A&M Club. Todd currently lives in Abilene, Texas with his wife, Casey and their son, Calvin.
