Condley and Company, L.L.P. is pleased to announce that Ryan M. Gibson, CPA, CIA, CFSA, has been promoted to partner!

Ryan joined Condley and Company in 2006 and currently offers assurance and consulting services to a wide variety of clients, including financial institutions, employee benefit plans, healthcare, not-for-profits, and for-profit entities. He also performs internal audits, call report and regulatory reporting assistance, year-end financial statement audits, loan reviews, and Bank Secrecy Act reviews for his banking clients. In addition, he assists the firm with peer review engagements.
A graduate of Hardin-Simmons University, Ryan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and Finance. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA), where he serves on the Financial Institutions Committee and CPE Advisory Board. He is also a member of the Independent Banker’s Association of Texas (IBAT) Leadership Division, Abilene Education Foundation Board of Directors, Hardin-Simmons University Board of Young Associates, and the First Baptist Church of Abilene. Additionally, he serves as Treasurer of Friends of Safety City.
Away from the office, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife, Libby, and their two children, traveling, playing tennis and working on home renovations.
