June 2021 – The certified public accounting firm of Condley and Company, L.L.P. is pleased to announce that Jeff D. Graham, CPA was named Managing Partner effective June 1, 2021. Graham has served the firm as Assurance Partner for over 20 years, and he is succeeding Ray Ferguson, CPA, CFP in the managing partner role.
As Managing Partner, Graham will oversee the day-to-day management of Condley and Company, including all aspects of the firm’s operations and strategic initiatives.
“I am truly honored to serve as Condley’s next managing partner,” said Graham. “During his tenure, Ray introduced policies that enhanced the business of the firm and promoted a culture focused on client service. I look forward to continuing these efforts and collaborating with the partner group to further develop the firm in service to our clients and community.”
Graham has built his career on honest, valuable, and timely service. One of his core priorities as managing partner is to grow new and existing services in order to better serve the firm’s client base. Graham will also lead Condley and Company during its relocation to the historic Grant Building at 302 Pine Street, across from the firm’s current location.

Graham, who joined Condley and Company in 1995 and became an Assurance Partner in 2000, has more than 30 years of experience in working with multiple industries including financial institutions, healthcare, not-for-profit, governmental, and other for-profit industries. Based on his experience as a bank examiner, Graham is the front-line business advisor on banking management and one of the main contacts for the firm’s financial institution clients. His straightforward thinking and strong work ethic help him create long-lasting relationships with the clients he serves. Graham received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Southwest Texas State University. He is originally from Ranger, Texas and currently resides in Clyde with his wife, Vicki, and their three sons.
