Tim joined Condley & Company in 1987. He serves as the Partner in charge of Estate and Trust Services, the internal management head of Technology and Building, and member of the Finance, Facilities, and Technology Committees.
A loyal advisor for trust officers and estate executors, Tim specializes in estate and tax services including taxation, administration, planning, charitable contributions, gift tax, determination of allocation of principal and income for fiduciary accounting, and fiduciary income tax preparation. He is also skilled in computer technology for businesses.
Tim cites his wife, Rhonda, as his inspiration for pursuing a career in accounting. She helped him find his direction and impacted who he is today. They live in Abilene, TX and have two children. Tim has been a resident of Abilene since 1974, when he graduated from Cooper High School. He loves that the city offers a small-town atmosphere with big-city amenities. In his free time, Tim enjoys hunting, ranching, and spending time outdoors.
