Trey Todd, CPA, Senior Staff Accountant – Trey prepares federal, state and local tax returns for entities such as corporations, partnerships, S-corporations and individuals. In addition, he assists in IRS audit defenses. Trey specializes in matters related to Texas Franchise Tax and has extensive experience relating to state and local income tax issues.
Trey received his Master of Science in Accounting and Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting degrees from Texas A&M University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Texas A&M Lettermen’s Association and the Association of Former Students of Texas A&M. Trey currently lives in Abilene, Texas with his wife, Casey.
James Simmons, Audit Staff – James assists with providing the firm’s clients with comprehensive audit services.
James graduated in 2013 from Hardin Simmons University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting and finance. He was among the University’s President’s and Dean’s lists. James was a member of the University’s varsity baseball team for three years. In addition, he was a member of the All Conference team from 2011-2013 and All West Region team in 2011. James is a current resident of Abilene, Texas.
